Techagora currently employs Australia Post to handle our online orders shipping within Australia. If you would like to request an alternate courier or service, please contact us with your order information.

Shipping & Arrival Estimates

We endeavour to pack and ship all online orders within 2 business days of reciept. Where an optional upgrade (Such as OS, Memory, Storage etc) has been selected, we may require up to an additional 2 business days to finalize the upgrade prior to shipping.

Our online team operated Monday to Friday during standard operating hours. All orders are shipped from Melbourne and our opening hours are based on AEST local time. Orders received during Victorian or National public holidays as well as on weekends will be processed the next business day.

Depending on your location, Australia Post estimates delivery to be within 2-8 business days to most locations around Australia. Due to the nature of most goods we ship, packages generally require someone at home to receive the delivery.

Desktop PCs, Laptops and other bulky goods may not be able to be shipped to PO Boxes. If such a circumstance should arise, we will contact you for an alternate delivery address. To avoid delays, we ask that you do not provide PO Boxes as your delivery address for large goods.

Out of Stock Items and Orders

If items in your order are out of stock, we will contact you to arrange a similar product or a refund and cancellation of the order. This process is generally undertaken within 24 hours of receiving your order. If you nominate to do so, you may be able to wait for a new arrival of stock.
