Warranty requests can be submitted to us via email or phone or by visiting in-store. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Returns:
Brand new and unopened products in resalable condition may be returned under our change-of-mind policy for store credit within 7 days of purchase where a change of mind has occurred. Shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Please contact us for a return authority before shipping products back otherwise your return may be declined.*
Opened products may be considered and may attract a restocking fee from 25%. Please contact us to discuss the circumstances of your return. We reserve the right to inspect the product and its packaging prior to reaching an agreement. Restocking fees are calculated based on the condition of the product and its packaging.*
Warranty:
