Returns:
Used & Refurbished Products come with a 7-day satisfaction guarantee. All returns must be in the same condition as when received. Note that all products undergo a condition check prior to shipping or collection. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Warranty:
Unless otherwise indicated in the product title, listing or specifications, all used and refurbished products come with a 6-Month parts and labour warranty via Techagora. Warranty requests can be submitted to us via email or phone or by visiting in-store. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Brand New Products

Returns:
Brand new and unopened products in resalable condition may be returned under our change-of-mind policy for store credit within 7 days of purchase where a change of mind has occurred. Shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Please contact us for a return authority before shipping products back otherwise your return may be declined.*

Opened products may be considered and may attract a restocking fee from 25%. Please contact us to discuss the circumstances of your return. We reserve the right to inspect the product and its packaging prior to reaching an agreement. Restocking fees are calculated based on the condition of the product and its packaging.*

Warranty:
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Most good solds come with a 12-Month warranty unless otherwise specified.

*Some products such as hard drives require diagnostic testing before they can be resold and may attract a restocking fee for change of mind returns even when packaging is unopened.
